Sam, from the indented view, in the command line, type PRINT and press
enter.  

FWIW, this is not very friendly, and could be documented better.  Still a
problem for me is the fact that there's no way to select the font that the
listing uses.  Columns never lines up correctly on paper since it seems to
use a proportional font on print operation.

   I have opened an existing RPGLE fixed format source member and clicked
   Soure/Show Indention.  Then I find I can't print from this view.  The
   printer icon and the File menu item are grayed out.  Is there a good
   reason why I shouldn't print this view?
    
   I can print the indented view from the Code/400 editor.
