Great tips, Eric.
I set the User Key Action to s-l ("l" for look) and it worked very nicely.
Thanks,
Kelly

Kelly,
You can also define a key combination to invoke the Filter selection
action. Go to the preferences and select LPEX Editor>User Key Actions.
Specify a key ('c-s-j' for Ctrl+Shift+J) and 'filterSelection' for the
action name. Then click Set. Then click OK.

Kelly,
I think another way to do the same thing is to double-click on a string of
text to select it, then select "Selected>Filter selection" from the popup
menu.to show all lines containing the search text.

This is not a substitute for an Outline view, but it is a way to get to
specific places in code fairly quickly...
1. Double-click anywhere on a string of text in the code to highlight it.
2. Right-click and select Copy.
3. Press Ctrl + F to bring up Find.
4. Right-click anywhere in the Find textbox and select Paste.
5. Click on the All button. You will now see a filtered view of the source
code containing all lines with the search text.
6. Put the cursor on the line you want to position to, then right-click and
select Show All.
It sounds like a lot of steps. But, after you get used to it, it is a quick
way to position to particular lines of code based on the content of the
lines.
Hope this helps a little.
