Just reinstalled everything from scratch - WDSC Advanced Edition. I am starting with a new workspace, as I do not trust what is in the old one - had many problems, as y'all might remember from previous posts.

BTW, I had directories for both WSSD and WSAD. When I'd see what was available for updates, it'd report percentages over 100%. I have a feeling these things are all related to my troubles. But it's all new and squeaky-clean now - I hope, updates are happening automatically, all the way through the latest (?) Interim Fix 002 - 5.1.0.2.

So I want to save some time, and possibly import connections from the previous installation. What is the safest way to go? I am admittedly very nervous (scared spitless, actually) about bringing anything old into the mix. I looked in the help, in the migration.html, for info on importing connections. When I take the File->Import... option there is nothing explicit that points to RSE stuff.

Or am I best served recreating what I had, leaving the old stuff alone. I did not have any java stuff, no projects, etc. Only connections and filters in RSE. No compile defaults changed yet.

Thanks
Vern
