I know it came up once for me. I will see if I am having problems with my
other connections. As far as the other patches go, I don't totally recall,
but that sounds like what I did. I used the web update piece.

I will try to recreate with a fresh install.  Can you tell me roughly what
you have done?

For example, did you just install WDSC 5.1?  If so then presumably you went
through the install update process a total of 5 times.

1) WSSD/WSAD 5.1.0.1
2) Interim Fix 001
3) Interim Fix 003
4) WDSC 5.1.0.1
5) WDSC 5.1.0.2

I have installed plugins in my version no problem, so it does not appear to
be a problem in all instances, as the one with the base 5.1 was.

As I said, hopefully, IBM is investigating also as a number of people have
been having this problem in the last week.  If I can recreate I will try to
find a workaround.
