Hi Niall, if you follow the help to do this task, there is an error in the steps to follow, I just ran in to it and we opened a defect. After you select the class that was generated from the Program Call wizard you get to the method selection panel on this panel deselect all methods and then select only the method (the help suggests to leave all methods selected which causes a problem) the method to select is the method that has the name of your bean, so if you called your bean "MyCallBean" select the method "mycallbean". I am assuming that is the problem you are running into, otherwise send me some more details.
