[WDSCI-L] Update 5.1.0.2 available

The uninstall and reinstall of SE13289 seems to have cured the problem, no
error messages and CODE starts up properly

Colin, I'd like to first start by apologizing for all these requests.  We
can't seem to reproduce your problem, so we need you to try a few things.

We're guessing that the CODE install did not complete successfully so lets
see if we can try again.  Could you launch the following executable:

Folder = C:\WDSC\iseries\eclipse\features\com.ibm.wdsclient_5.1.0.2
EXE     = SE13289.exe

You'll need to restart the PC after installing this.  If it says that its
already installed,

- please go to the control panel, "Add or Remove Programs" and remove the
SE13289 application
- restart the PC
- then try to run the above exe again

After all this, if the problem still exists, could you send us the
following:
-C:\wdsc\system\evfctcpd.exe
-C:\wdsc\system\evfcreq.dll
-C:\Program Files\IBM\Shared Files\CODEServer.xml
-C:\Program Files\IBM\Shared Files\FVDCERRS.LOG

We'll install the above files onto our systems, and see if we can debug this
problem.

I have installed this update, no problems occurred, bit now I cant start
either Code Editor or Code Designer, and I get an error message every time I
restart my PC
