I believe anyone in PWD is automatically at the Professional level in DeveloperWorld's software subscription. We happen to be an Advanced level partner. The link, <http://www-106.ibm.com/developerworks/subscription/ordering/dcpidjoin.html> describes this benefit.

Try going to www.ibm.com/developer, then, in the "dW Subscription" fly-out menu, take "Downloads". Then, in the "Catalog views", click on "Professionsl Level" and see if you get lucky.

"in PartnerWorld". What exactly does that mean these days? I am a
member of PartnerWorld for Developers, but are you talking about the
software mall? How much are you paying for your PWD membership? What
level are you at?

It gets very confusing. In fact, this would be a good thing to get some
solid information on, no? Could be good info for an article.
