   Found the answer, and thought I would get it into
the archives.
   For whatever reason, a previous install/uninstall
of one of the various versions/names of this product
left something in my registry.  I went through it via
regedit, deleted everything that I could find relating
to WDT/VAJ/WDSc/WSAD, rebooted, and reloaded.
