*** ADMIN: Virus Alert (was: Hi)

Folks:

A recent message, that appeared to be from Paul Nicolay, may have looked
like a virus.

Please be assured that the virus payload did *NOT* get distributed ...
only the text part.

I was reconfiguring my anti-virus system and this message was not
rejected out of hand by the virus scanner.

Again, the virus payload was discarded by the mailing list software, so
there is no need to worry.

That said, it's always a good idea to run current anti-virus software to
protect yourself from other sources.
