   If you've got a SupportLine contract try 1-800-IBM-SERV (1-800-426-7378).
    We've put a few issues through and the standard AS/400 (oops I guess that
   should be iSeries) support works well.  One advantage I've seen to posts
   here is that you can get direct responses from the development team
   (sometimes).  One advantage to SupportLine is it gives the problem
   official status and tracking.
