   I have my Extras directory set as C400Extras. In it I have a number of
   .LXU files and in those are my custom color settings.

   For example:

   /* RPGLE400.LXU */
   'SET GLOBAL.INDENT_SPLIT  '
   'SET FONT.SPACE BOLD 1/16'
   'SET FONT.! BOLD 2/16'
   'SET FONT.A BOLD 1/16 "Page"'
   'SET FONT.B BOLD 9/16 "Line"'
   'SET FONT.C BOLD 13/16 "Spec"'

   If he didn't have an Extras directory then there will be corresponding
   .LXU files somewhere in the product structure on his old machine and maybe
   he can copy from there.
