WDSc error while compiling WEB project with JDK 1.4.1 -- WDSCI-L

Hi
I am having problem with a J2EE project, while
compiling some how it is picking JDK1.3.1 instead of
JDK1.4.1, and so giving error to all the methods from
jdk1.4.1, 
i have set windows - preference - java - installedJRE
to jdk1.4.1, 
what may be the reason
