It behaves like windows - saying "copy" just marks the file as a potential
copy source - you need to right click on the target source physical and say
"paste" to actually copy it.  Saying "copy" is not like using a 3 in PDM.

Don't forget that you can just copy by holding down the Ctrl key and
dragging.
