I've been playing with outline view and content assist, and noticed that
prototypes seems to strip out the parameter field names.  Subprocedures will
list parameters with field names, but not prototypes....

When using Content assist to prompt a procedure, I can never remember what
I'm supporsed to be passing.  It seems to have created the content assist
templates from the prototype definitions (sans field names).  All it tells
me is data type, which doesn't help narrow down the choices much.
