Thread-topic: WDSc 5.1 How to change the toolbars in a perspective

I have somehow managed to remove some of the toolbar buttons from my RSE 
perspective.  Most notably the debug dropdown.  Can someone tell me how to put 
buttons back on the toolbar?  I have looked in various preferences and at 
perspective settings but have not been able to locate anything that will affect 
the toolbar.
