Where/when do you see the error? That looks like an FTP log.

I would search the WSAD forums on Google:

Subject: [WDSCI-L] web.xml issue in WDSc

I have a Java project in WSDc which has an error on the web.xml file. The
error is on the statement:

<!DOCTYPE web-app PUBLIC "-//Sun Microsystems, Inc.//DTD Web Application
2.3//EN" "http://java.sun.com/dtd/web-app_2_3.dtd";>

The error is:

File not found: "CWD /C:/Program Files/IBM/WebSphere
Studio/wstools/eclipse/plugins/com.ibm.etools.j2ee_5.0.2/dtds/web-app_2_3.dtd:

550 /C:/Program Files/IBM/WebSphere
Studio/wstools/eclipse/plugins/com.ibm.etools.j2ee_5.0.2/dtds/web-app_2_3.dtd:

The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.
".

The file which is referenced, /C:/Program Files/IBM/WebSphere
Studio/wstools/eclipse/plugins/com.ibm.etools.j2ee_5.0.2/dtds/web-app_2_3.dtd,

is present.

Why is this file referenced (it does not appear anywhere in the web.xml
file) and any ideas what to do to correct this?
