For example, if you want to do this "en masse" then why not just do it in RPG and initiate it with a User Action or something like that? Finally, WDSC 5.1 does have the ability to insert code templates, so that might be an option. However, it is not documented real well, and I seem to recall in another message that it can or should only be used with /Free. I've done a little Java programming. Maybe 'a little' isn't enough. It was easy in CODE/400 but I can't find any examples of how to do this. What I'd like to do is to Open a Member into JLPEX then display a dialog to rename the member. Basically I have a template RPG member that has a standard set of H specs and company stuff on it. I need to include this in every source member. It's a pain to open it, Copy the stuff into my new member then close it. Does this make any sense? Thanks, Mark Mark D.
