Ptf's recommended for wdsc 5.1 included, among others, SI09607. Cover
letter says can be applied immediate or delayed.

However it seems to be stuck...

Doing a wrkjob on this job from another session, and looking at the locks:
Object Library Type Lock Status
QQFENDSVR QSYS *PGM *EXCLRD WAIT

Locks on that object show:
Job User Lock Status
QQFWFSVR QUSER *EXCL HELD
ROBS1 ROB *EXCLRD WAIT

It's probably not kosher to end that job without some official IBM
command. What is it and how do I start it up again? Judging by the PTF
cover letter it is the Webfacing server.

This is on our development machine.
