WDSCi V5.1 help will not load

I get and error dialog when trying to launch help:

Buffer overrun detected!

Program: ...\Site Developer\v5.1\eclipse\jre\bin\javaw.exe

A buffer overrun has been detected which has corrupted the program's
internal state.  The program cannot safely continue execution and must
now be terminated.



I'm running W2K Pro SP3 including all updates.  I tried searching the
archives with no match on "buffer overrun" and way too many hits on "help"
to be useful!

Any suggestions?  Any other way into help?  Should I spend a day
uninstalling and reinstalling?  (Not that I have time for that...)
