Just a tip to add here: Perhaps an easier way to do this is drag and drop (or copy / paste). Right click on the source member in the RemoteSystemTempFiles project (or anywhere else, say under the local connection in the RSE) and select copy from the popup menu, then select your target library and select paste from the popup menu.
