UIM Help pages not working

I'm a newbie with the WebFacing tool, but have converted my RPG application
including the UIM help panels.  I can bring up the application pages in the
test environment just fine, but when I try to access the help via F1 or
clicking on the Help button, I get the HTTP500 error that says my page
cannot be displayed.  I don't see anything in the Redbooks that says you
have to do something special to access the converted UIM help pages.  Has
anyone else run into this?  I'm running WebFacing tool 5.1.
