For those that don't want to take the 10 minutes to find the page here is
how you need to get at it.

In WDSc5.1
Help->Welcome->WebSphere Development Studio Client for iSeries <OK>

On this page click the 'online help' link that is in the 'Getting Started'
paragraph.

Now you should see a new Eclipse help window with navigation on the left.
In the left navigation select Product Overview->Overview of IBM...->What's
New In This Release.
