[WDSCI-L] Drag and drop objects from one machine to another

Should I be able to copy a compiled service program from one machine to
another in RSE?  I am getting an "Invalid drag and drop operation" error
message.  Details->"The source PHOENIX/DOMPARSEXP OBJTYPE(*SRVPGM) cannot be
transferred into the target DOMPARSE"

A feature like this would save me a ton of time because I am constantly
moving stuff around and need to create a save file to FTP over to the other
machine.
