In "seu" base profile, LPEX doesn't split no line... You can, however, redefine the Enter key: "Window" -> "Preferences" -> "LPEX Editor" -> [+] -> "User Key Actions" ->

    Key:    enter
    Action: splitLine

-> "Set" -> "OK".

Hi Mike,

And can I replace the behaviour of Enter to work as ALT-S ?

I don't like memorizing all sorts of new key combinations where in 99% of the editors the Enter key splits the line (and puts the cursor on the next line, unlike ALT-S)

Kind regards,
Paul

Alt-S Splits, Alt-J Joins.

Subject: [WDSCI-L] How to make enter split current line ?

Hi,

When pressing enter in JLPEX, the editor inserts a new line, but doesn't
split the current line like any normal editor does. I know this can be
changed somehow, but I lost it (after formatting my PC).

Kind regards,
Paul
