VSS plug-in with WDSC for iSeries

Will I be able to use the VSS Microsoft Visual SourceSafe) plug-in with WDSC 
for iSeries v5.0?

Reading the plug-in documentation is states that it supports rel 2.1 of 
Eclipse. What version of Eclipse is WDSC based on?
