I noticed that all of the "ad" links were recently moved to "awdtools". 
Perhaps the redirects were broken for a while.

The links all seem to work now.  Strange!  I had tried others fine but
similar ones to those you mentioned hadn't worked.  Now they all do.  I
hadn't used them in awhile so I figured they had changed.  It seemed like
it would be very strange for IBM to change their main WDSC website 
location
and not redirect past links.  Maybe it was just my session or maybe it was
down.  I had tried maybe 4 or so.  I know I tried your first one from the
midrange FAQ earlier and it hadn't worked.  I'm sorry to direct attention
to a nonissue.
I think my links are very similar:

http://www-3.ibm.com/software/awdtools/wdt400/
