My guess is that RSE encountered an unanticipated situation, since we

It is strange that the message details don't indicate the cause of the
problem. Normally when a file system copy fails the Details will read:
Message reported from file system: <underlying error message here>
For example, trying to copy a jar file to the QSYS.LIB file system would
result in these details:
Message reported from file system: Directory name not valid.
<Could be, how would I check if that is the problem; it sure would be nice
to
have that conveyed in the error message. The one provided is pretty poor
an
useless.
