I think Vern is on to something. Did you install WDSC to the default directories or change it to somthing under C:\Program Files? I seem to remember somone with a problem due to spaces in the path name. Under Options->Global Variables their is a CodeInstallDir. Maybe it could have quotes added around the path or temporarily changing it to a different directory. WARNING-I have no clue what problems this could cause as I have never tried changing this value so beware.
