Aldon told me their plugin for WDSc was going to be out around October
(that's CMS not Affinity). I am not expecting much given how feature poor
their green screen interface is. Distribution is the only reason we got the
software. It does have _some_ nice features, like being able to specify
compile options and easy promoting, but not much after that. I guess I am
trying to make it more of an IDE + Change Management rather than just a
Change Management.

Keep nagging them. Apparently they are heavily driven by user requests.

I have been disappointed in Aldon's inclusion of new features. They tell
me they will have a plugin, but can't say when.

I've been making request for SQL and other DB2 feature support in CMS for
almost 3 years and only now is it getting near to being useful. (That's
if 7.2 comes out any time soon.)

I suspect that since they were "there first" they have a lot of older
shops which aren't moving towards the new stuff, therefore don't need
what
   I want.

   Sam
