I have a situation with webfacing and V5R2 (all latest PTF's)  If the user
does not have LMTCPB(*NO) they cannot get to the webfaced session.  The
user profiles actually end up disabled (as per the QMAXSGNACN system value)

I stumped................

Hey Simon,
               I had a similar problem. Below is a set of things to check
that I got from Harry Tian in Tortonto. My problem turned out to be related
to the QQFxxxxxxx interactive jobs. Here each user id is directed to a
certain part of the interactive subsystem depending on where they work.
Mine was QINTER_IT, however the webfacing was trying to access QINTER which
is inactive here, so make sure that there is a workstation entry defined to
allow QQFxxxxxxx interactive jobs in your subsystem.
