I have experienced this also.  However I can compile a second time without
saving and the compiler will use the updated source.  I have suspected the
delay you mention because I usually right click the source, select save and
then click on compile in the menu bar and select compile no prompt one right
after the other.

Can you describe this scenario a bit for me?  I'm guessing this happens in
the case where you save and then, right after, compile.   Does it also
happen when you save and wait a bit before compiling?   There is a bit of a
delay between when the file gets saved in the cache and when the member
gets uploaded, so it's possible that this issue is caused by doing the
compile during that delay.  If we can deduce that this info certainly helps
in resolving the problem.
