When editing a source member within jLpex, there occasionally appears a
light green highlight bar on the line being edited. I don't know what
causes it to appear, or why it just as mysteriously vanishes shortly
thereafter, but I like it enough to want it on all the time.  In
Code/400, this feature can be turned on/off from the "Extras" menu.
However, I haven't been able to find a corresponding configuration
attribute within WDSC. Does anyone know how to do this?
