I did have Option(*SRCSTMT) in the source and unfortunately this is one of 
the standard H-spec keywords we use. I will look forward to seeing the fix

Hi Nandoo
   There have been few cases where Outline View has crashed. The ones I am
aware of are:  if you have an OPTION(*SRCSTMT) specified in the Control
Specifications and the other is when you have /IF DEFINED(*VxRxMx) in your
source. The fix for this will be available in the next release. If your
source does not have these, please send me your source offline and I will
be glad to narrow down the problem and fix it for the next release.
