Then, just type over a new value and press 'Enter'. Similarly you can change values in the Variables view. Alternatively, you can use 'Monitor Expression' dialog that should be available from the Monitors view to type something like: myVar = 10 You can type pretty much any expression valid on an EVAL statement, but you don't need to type EVAL keyword.
