I think the only thing that I did before I installed (and I got a clean
install) was completely copy my existing WDSc directory to My Documents and
then create the new install in a completely new directory (c:\wdsc5.0\).
This should save you from a few headaches.

Make sure to load the Service Packs when you are done (they are mentioned in
the archives).

Ok,

Once again.

I've got my V5 box.  I've read the readme.htm on the cd's, and the 
installnotes.htm on the CD's.

Does anyone have two simple checklist's?  One for readying the iSeries, 
and one for the PC?

The readme.htm refers you to several ptf's you need on your iSeries that 
you cannot order.
