I know that in 4.0, if you looked through the plugins folders you would see
that a lot of them included DLL's, which indicate they are using JNI to run
local code.  This was even true in WSSD/WSAD.  They simply provided Linux
equivalents.

I haven't looked in 5.0 but I know that Linux is not supported which would
seem to indicate that there is some Windows-specific code.  Obviously the
parts that use Code/400 are Windows specific.

Actually, I had intended to post in WDSCI-L, but mistakenly replied in
midrange-l.  Sorry about that!

So, does anyone know if Joe is right?  are there windows-native bits to
WDSCi?   If so, please tell me before I waste too much time on WDSCi.  If
it's only going to run in Windows, I'll go back to SEU right now.
