Rick, while this is not specific to WDSC, my new book on Eclipse is
avaialble, and Eclipse is the framework for WDSC, so this book will at least
help familiarize your staff with the IDE.  It is Eclipse-only, so the
examples are all in Java, but the book doesn't require any Java knowledge.
Each chapter has a complete checklist with screen shots and detailed
instructions, so whether this is your first foray into Java or you just want
to learn the basics of Eclipse, you can use this book to write a working
application.
