Something happened and they were not able to use those PTF's.  The readme 
file on the web site has the up-to-date PTF information.

readme.htm says to order, (for V5R2):  SI08020, SI08018, SI08017, SI08205.
The following are not available electronically, either immediate or ftp: 
SI08020, SI08018, SI08205.
The following just plum ain't available:  SI08017
