Hi Paul, The class com.ibm.etools.iseries.editor.ISeriesEditorILEParser has been renamed to com.ibm.etools.iseries.editor.ISeriesEditorILERPGParser in V5.0. To fix the problem, you can go to Windows->Preferenes->Lpex Editor->Parsers and press Restore Defaults. If you have changed other parser associations, and do not want to Restore Defaults, you can just the name of this one parser. I have checked the settings 5 and 6 times. I have compared mine to that of my boss's settings. We both have the same settings but mine will not perform syntax checking nor does it use the color code scheme. It seems as if it does not realize the file is an RPGLE type. I have tried it on an SQLRPGLE file as well and notta! I have noticed that I get the message: Class "com.ibm.etools.iseries.editor.ISeriesEditorILEParser" not found. WHY NOT? I didn't do anything with it! :-) At least not on purpose anyway. Can someone tell me of a reason why this might be? Could loading another plugin have deleted this? I have looked for it and I can not find it at all. -- PAUL PENDLETON _______________________________________________ This is the Websphere Development Studio Client for iSeries (WDSCI-L) mailing list To post a message email: WDSCI-L@xxxxxxxxxxxx To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo/wdsci-l or email: WDSCI-L-request@xxxxxxxxxxxx Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/wdsci-l.
