Love this new version ! A Question from a co-worker; can you open up
physical files thru the RSE to view the data in the file ?  Files that exist
in the QSYS.Lib environment...

I tried this on a few files. I either got nothing (blank screen) or a long
line of gobbledygook. I guessed that this is something to do with CCSID or
whatever the name is now. Am I correct and what do I need to do to change
this ?
