LPEX RPG - Outline

I haven't seen this brought up yet, but it appears that once I am using the
Outline for a source member I have to do a refresh for it to contain what
the source actually contains.  It would be great if it contained live
information vs. needing a time consuming refresh every 20 minutes or so.  If
there is a way to have it automatically update I would be interested in
knowing the setting.

This makes it about as useful as the Show Indentation feature - I can use it
for reference, but it doesn't work with my current source member that I am
editing.
