LPEX editor question -- WDSCI-L

When using CODE and I press ENTER on a line a new line is inserted after the
line I am positioned on.  How can I replicate this function using the LPEX
editor?  I have looked around for an option or preference but I haven't
found one yet.

Can someone help?
