WebFacing and the PMSF

I was told by someone last night that WebFacing (V5R2) doesn't support the
program message subfile. I can't believe that's true since it wouild render
the tool useless in many circumstances.

Is that really the case? If so, how does IBM recommend we WF applications
that make extensive use of the PMSF?
