Documentation not coming up in WSCI

Hi all,

I honestly don't remember if I've tried to bring up the documentation since
I moved from WDT to WSCI, but it won't come up in Code Editor anymore. Does
anyone have any suggestions as to what I could check for? I highlighted an
opcode and pressed F1. The browser came up then gave me the error message
"Netscape is unable to locate the server localhost:49213".
