I would just try working with that other menu option then.  You might also
compare the shortcuts, maybe they are pointing to different programs.

When i open code and do a Help -> about it is WDSCi ver. 4.0 but there
is no button for plug ins, if  i start WSSD in the programs menu and do
a Help -> about  it has a plug-in button and does include the plug ins
you said. Maybe it is still not installed right. I mainly use code and
when i got it working i stooped messing with it. Like i had said i lost
about a week as it was, i couldn't lose any more time on the install.
