Kudos to the WDSC development team

Thank you to all the WDSC development team that respond to our questions,
gripes, and comments. Their willingness to inform us about some design
decisions is refreshing.

For my part, I know I've made some strong statements Please don't be
daunted by this. We (customers) need this tool to work for us, and I look
forward to further advances.
