In the course of our testing we have come up with a few questions that I
haven't been able to answer by poking through the help.

1) The converted display doesn't 'fit' on a 1024x768
   display without scroll bars.  It does fit inside
   a 1152x864 display, but the users find the font too
   small.  Is there a way to tell the converter what
   target display resolution we want?

2) The cursor gets lost easily.  On a 5250, we can turn
   on a block cursor.  Can this be done in WebFacing?
   On the browser?
