I am wondering what the best way is to package my plug-in. I have gone through the Export Wizard and have a jar file, but I am not sure the best way to have RDi recognize the jar file. I was going to use the new 'dropins' feature but according to the documentation http://wiki.eclipse.org/Equinox_p2_Getting_Started#Dropins there should be a dropins folder, but I do not see one in the C:\Program Files\IBM path.

The way I understand it there are 3 ways to install my plug-in

1). dropins - I do not see the folder.

2). Help - Software Updates - Add Site. I am not sure what is required to create my own local site.

3). Use the 'Manage Configuration' by first having the user switch to Preferences - General - Capabilities -Classic Update. Then provide my own .eclipseextension file.

Is there a wizard I am missing to help with this?

Thanks
