I've got a situation where the RemoteFileSubSystem thinks the file
exists ... but it's actually been removed. When I try to open or
manipulate the file, I get errors.

I've tried the markAllPropertiesStale() and markStale(true,true)
methods, but nothing seems to clear the file from the cache or even
just make the subsystem reload information about the file (existence,
mainly).
