As a developer for an ISV with a plug-in strongly tied to RSE, I would be very interested in getting started with that as soon as possible. This is especially important if, as has been hinted at in the past by IBM'ers I've talked to, that the RSE framework might undergo heavy restructuring.
I'd suggest talking to the folks in charge of the products, such as George Farr.
